Founder Lev Tsypin has twelve years of experience in the Internet field. In the 1990's he worked as a consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Inforte Corporation in Chicago. Before starting Level OS, he served as the Director of Programming at Pop Art, Inc. in Portland, OR.

Instead, each project brings together a team of amazing independent artists, engineers, and project managers best suited to get a job done. As founder, Lev Tsypin selects and leads each project team. In addition to Lev, members may include graphic designers, engineers, interface designers, and project managers.
